What Murudo Weddings is

Murudo Weddings lets you build a wedding page and invitation, share it with guests and collect their replies. It also lists wedding vendors and offers planning tools.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One wedding page per account.

What you publish

• Only publish a page for a real wedding that you are part of, or that you have permission to plan.
• Only upload photos and details that you have the right to share.
• No nudity, hate, harassment, threats, scams or anything illegal.
• Do not use a page to ask for money under false pretences.

We may hide or remove a page or photo, or close an account, if these rules are broken. Every page has a "Report this page" link and we review every report.

Guests' details

You are responsible for the names and phone numbers you add to your guest list. Only add people you intend to invite, and use their details only for your wedding.

Gifts sent directly

A gift section can show the couple's own EcoCash or bank details. A gift sent to those details goes directly from guest to couple. Murudo Weddings does not receive, hold or pass on that money, and cannot recover a gift sent to the wrong number. Guests should confirm the details with the couple before sending.

The upgrade

• The upgrade is a single payment for one wedding page. It is not a subscription.
• It unlocks the premium features described on the upgrade page for as long as your page exists.
• If a payment succeeds but the upgrade does not appear, contact us and we will put it right.
• Refunds are considered case by case. Contact us within 7 days of payment.

The vendor directory

Vendor pages are written by the vendors themselves, including the prices, the photos and the kind words from past clients. A person checks each listing before it appears, but we do not guarantee a vendor's work, prices or availability. Any agreement is between you and the vendor. Businesses marked "Featured" were chosen by us or are in their paid year, which places them higher in the list.

Wedding businesses

• List only a business that is yours or that you act for, with accurate details and photos you have the right to use.
• Only add kind words a real client gave you and is happy for you to share.
• A person checks every listing before it appears. We may refuse a listing, remove a photo or take a page down if these terms are broken, and we will tell you why.
• Your page, your short link and enquiries on WhatsApp are free. We take no commission.
• Your link. A person checks the name you ask for. We may refuse a name, or take one back, if it is somebody else's name, is misleading, or is needed for the site itself. When you change your name, the old link stops working.
• The paid year. One payment gives you the extras described on the paid year page for 365 days from the day you pay. It does not renew by itself. If you buy another year before it ends, the new one starts when the old one ends.
• When a paid year ends your page stays up. It goes back to the free limits: photos over the limit are kept but not shown, and a paid template is replaced by the free one in the same style until you renew.
• Refunds are considered case by case. Contact us within 7 days of payment.
• You can delete your account at any time. This removes your page and its photos.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. This removes your wedding page, guest list, replies and photos.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app.
